NDM Collins Architects recognise that every client and project is different, and therefore we adopt flexible working relationships with our clients.
After an initial consultation we will tailor our service to meet your particular needs, and the specific requirements of your project and budget. This will include a fee estimate broken down in to phases to reflect the nature of your project.
As registered Architects we are bound by the codes of Professional Conduct of both the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the Architects Registration Board (ARB). These are in place to protect our clients’ interests and to ensure that we act with professional integrity at all times.
As such we will maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance; always have a written form of agreement with our clients; and ensure that we organise and manage our professional work responsibly and with regard to the interests of our clients.
